What we are hiring for?
We are hiring Sales Representatives to join our growing team!- The role requires shift work and flexibility is an asset
- Coordinating sales and transferring prospects directly to inquiring companies
- Continue to adapt and optimize outbound lead generation campaigns to improve sales effectiveness
- Drive sales growth and source new sales opportunities with target customers to help P4P achieve its sales and business profitability goals
- Work independently while simultaneously being a dependable team player
- Provide high personal standard for success and professionalism
- Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills and are highly analytical by nature. Must be engaging and influential
- Two years experience in sales or related marketing degree
- A confident, motivated, and entrepreneurial personality with a strong work ethic and negotiation abilities will be key to success in this role
- Able to multi-task, manage time effectively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated to work productively in a virtual environment, encouraged by commission-based bonuses
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software.
- Personal computer (Windows 7 or higher/ Mac OS X) and USB Headset.
- High speed internet with direct connection (no Wifi, Hubs or Satellite connections). Minimum speeds of 20mbps download and 10mpbs up.
