P4P was founded in 2007 by veteran entrepreneurs Nick Paoliello and Jason Smith. After a decade working in internet marketing, we saw that there was an opportunity to provide the type of sales support services that are typically reserved for larger companies, to small to mid-size movers.
We named the company Pay-4-Performance Marketing, demonstrating from the very beginning our commitment to design our entire business around the success of our clients. As we have grown we have added more services, but that commitment to aligning ourselves with the success of our clients remains the foundation of our business.
Now, a decade later, P4P is proud to be the trusted partner of hundreds of full service moving companies, from major Van Lines to single office agencies. Profitable and debt-free, P4P is proud to be the premier partner for the moving industry.
Being the sales front-end for over 1000 moving company locations, operating 16 hours per day, 7 days per week isn’t easy. One of the keys to our success is the incredible men and women who power the services P4P provides. Unlike high-cost, high-turnover call centers or offshore operations, P4P staffs a team of remote employees entirely in North America who enjoy the benefits of flexible working hours.
We currently have over 80 team members across North America. From day one, our founder and CEO Nick Paoliello has been developing technology to increase the efficiency and efficacy of our team. The experience I had acquired prior to joining P4P was a great asset: I had created and run a quality control department, then had gone on to QA; I had trained agents and managed client relationships.

I grew up in Prince Edward Island, on Canada’s east coast, and recently my husband and I moved back there; locals refer to Prince Edward Island as a “small island sandbar.”
Director of Call Center Operations
I joined P4P in June 2013, and in May 2015 became the company’s Agent Success Coordinator. I am passionate about my job and about the company itself. As a member of the P4P family, I feel as if I am part of a special group of people working together to fuel the company’s growth and subsequent success.
Prior to joining P4P as Account Executive, I spent 10 years with an internet marketing company specializing in lead generation.
