Today, we bring that same experience to your corporate customers! Introducing National Accounts by P4P, a program designed to handle calls for clients managing a significant national account portfolio.

 

Up until today, when we would handle a call from a transferee being moved by a national account, we would take a message and pass it along to a busy coordinator at the office. National accounts are handled using a different process from consumer moves, and that complexity was generally one that our clients preferred to keep in-house.

 

For the past year, we have been in beta with a handful of clients to build out a system where we manage those requests for them. We document a separate process for national accounts, including a partnership list. Transferees are routed based on client specifications. This can include an in-home performed by a salesperson, an OA survey, or a video survey based on the move criteria.  We also work to generate new partnership opportunities using your current consumer channels.
